Top 3 blogger eyeglasses
I bet many of you don’t know that I wear reading glasses. Yup, I’m wearing them right now. And one of the reasons why you might not know that is because I have the most hideous frames. Since I’m only wearing them in the privacy of my own home – mostly at the computer – I never bothered to get a decent pair. But, every once in a while, I imagine how cool I’d look in a pair of Ray Bans, or something that at least suits my face shape. And where else could I find inspiration, if not on some of my favorite blogs?
1. Erin of Calivintage
Erin usually wears contacts, but once in a while she sports a geek chic frame. Since she wears them so much, I think her favorite brand would be Bonlook, with their lovely retro-inspired glasses. Other frames I’ve spotted on her blog are 3.1 Phillip Lim, which are pretty pretty pretty cool.
2. Keiko Lynn
Keiko has quite the collection: Ray Ban, Versace, Warby Parker, Bonlook. Most of these are cat eye shape – such a flattering shape on any face. You should definitely look into Keiko’s blog if you’re looking for make up advice for glasses wearers.
3. Stefanie of Steffy’s Pros and Cons
If not entirely sure if Steffy’s eyeglasses are prescription or fashion, but either way, she looks adorable in them. I assume they’re vintage – I couldn’t find the info on her blog – and they’re usually oversized and round.

Oh gosh! How perfect. They wear them so, so, so well. Makes me wanna update my own frames even though I bought my most recent pair a year ago.

I adore this post. I wear eyeglasses a lot. If I could, I wouldn’t want to. But, I’m also speaking from years of experience…I’ve worn eyeglasses since I was in 3rd grade! I’ve owned a lot of non-attractive ones, spent years trying to find a “perfect pair” and am always dreading how much I spend on them (but I have to since I need them). But, I’m only now settling into them as a comfort zone. They do make a fashion statement…but only if you want them to. People can see if you don’t want them on, and that’s how I used to look. haha…
