Handmade finds: Santa Cara
Based in Lille, France, Amandine Ringot makes a special kind of jewelry, under the name Santa Cara. What makes them so special is that they’re whimsical in a way I haven’t seen before. They’re intriguing and super modern, they’re geometrical and organic. The jewelry is made of wood, and hand drawn by the artist, each piece being unique. You can find more about Amandine (sweet name, yes?) on her blog, and here are my favorite pieces below.
Catrina in Flower brooch | Cute Cara brooch
Fox brooch | Fox and flash earrings
Cuckoo brooch | Plastron Calavera necklace

Oooo… that foxy it’s so sweet!
They’re soooo cute! I might have to get one…. isn’t Amandine such a nice name? One of my close friends is called that, although she always has to introduce herself as “like Amanda… but AmanDINE.”
one of my favorite cakes is called amandine, do you know it? http://www.euforia.tv/uploads/modules/news/17276/amandina.JPG
