Nahm SS12 Lookbook
I wonder if a time will come when I won’t love buttoned up collars and shirt dresses. A time when I’ll be able to resist them. Because, honestly, right now, I’m having a tough time not buying every single collared piece I see. I realize there’s a supersaturation of these pieces in the stores as well as in my closet, but you know how it is… Seeing the NAHM line for SS12, I just confirmed the fact that shirt dresses are my clothing item of choice. I was won over by the combination of soft colors, embroidery and ladder stitched trims. The designers, Nary Manivong and Alexandria Hilfiger, actually use men shirts for inspiration, and this is just their second collection. As for my favorite piece in the lookbook, I’m trapped between this silk dress and this fabulous white number.
