Microwave cake
This is the first time I’m posting a recipe on the blog, and the reasons are simple: I’m not much of a cook, and I cook the best meals when I’m the only one eating. Today, though, I went on a picnic and when we returned home there was absolutely nothing sweet in the house and my sweet tooth was aching. So I decided to make the simplest thing possible, something that I’ve learned a while back from Zebru and developed into my own thing: the microwave cake. It’s super easy to make, with things that you have around the house, and real quick, too. So there goes:
The initial recipe asked for a mug, but I really like the round shape of a bowl. So pick a thermo-resistant bowl and put four tablespoons for all-purpose flour inside. Then start mixing other ingredients, as follows:
I decided to make one brown cake and one white one, for variation, so I only added cocoa to one of the two. If you want, you can mix in chocolate pieces (chips), M&Ms, small pieces of fruit, cinnamon, nuts – whichever you fancy or have around. I picked coconut.
Now, in this stage, the cakes look really bad. But don’t worry, this will change will only three minutes of microwaving, at maximum capacity.
I turned them upside down on plates and put some jelly on top. You can also cover them in delicious toppings or ice-cream. That’s that! The only thing is that you should eat them while they’re fresh, because they get hard as stone pretty quickly. What I like about these cakes is that, although they’re very easy to make, they can end up looking quite fancy!

ahahahah ce tare ee !!! :>
