Chat’elier: talk about fashion
Today I’d like to tell you about a stylish and fun project that I’m involved in: Chat’elier. The project was initiated by Gloria, Alexa and the other girls from Flash me, and it also includes Daiana of Sweet Fancy Treat, Darvas Orsolya, Iulia of La Jolie Julie and yours truly. Here’s how the story goes:
Supporters meet to watch the game and have some beers, gamers meet to play WoW online. Business men have all sorts of networking events, where they can make new contacts. But what can fashion lovers do? They buy magazines, spend hours on fashion blogs, they pinterest and, sometimes, they go shopping with their friends. That is, if those friends share their passion for style, clothes and trends.
How about a place where some of us fashion lovers could meet and hang out? A day for ourselves, when we can chat about our interests. Since we know quite a few fashionistas in Cluj and the events in this field are so rare, we decided to make our own! And this is how Chat’elier was born.
The event will be organized periodically, on Sundays – as it’s somehow neutral. Sunday can become the day for meeting with friends, watching fashionable shows, cooking something delicious or having fancy drinks.
The first edition will be this Sunday, January 15th, in Uptown Arts Caffee (David Ferenc 13, Cluj). The theme of the edition is perfumes, and there will be a dress code: put on something inspired by your favorite perfume. We’ll have a special menu and we’d love to see you there!
