Redeem is my new favorite word
I’m not the oldest member of Chictopia and, for a while, I didn’t know much about it, except that you post your outfits and people like it. But, of course, they really got my attention when two of my pictures have been picked by the editor for the front page of the website. So I started reading the forums, the Everybody is Ugly section and I began spending more and more time on the site.
And that I saw this cutesy pie, which was up for “redemption”. What does that mean? Whenever you do stuff on Chictopia, you get chic points. And if you gather plenty, you can redeem one of the items in the reward section. Each item is available for a certain period of time, and only when that time is over you can redeem it. I was some hundreds of points short, so I did my best to gather them. That night, as I refreshed the page a thousand times and clicked “redeem” in a hurry, I tweeted: “I <3 Chictopia and good night”.

Ahhhh … I wondered how the chic points thing worked. I can see I will spending a little more time on there now.

Love the first picture, very editorial like. I’ve never used the points I have from Chictopia although I knew about this redeem thing for a long time. That bag is amazing, a very good catch !

Love that bag..so cool that you redeemed it. I havent redeemed anything as Im always asleep when they go available which sucks. I ttotaly adore your skirt though..total sucker for a print of anything and so congrats on being on the front page TWICE!!! thats so amazing!!
oh, about that, it was 1 am when I redeemed it, I had to stay awake :) it took me a while to understand the rules but when I did… I knew there was no time to sleep :)
